Ahhh FFS is this a faint positive?

My DC and I can all see a very light test line. It came up within the time limit and has stayed for a couple of hours since.

Not sure what I'm hoping for here, maybe that everyone will say I'm seeing things! This seems to keep happening in our household. Every time PCRs have come back negative.

My DS had Covid in October and his LFTs gave him a clear strong positive days before he got any symptoms.

I guess I will do another LFT tonight/tomorrow and go from there. Until today I would have gone for a PCR but I don't have symptoms.

Hmmm, I didn't think it really showed on the photo. Maybe clearer in black and white, but such a squinter.

It's definitely there though it is very faint.

It's very very faint but it's there. In it a FlowFlex? I had several faint positives but negative PCRs. Very odd.

Hi OP, I had so similar, 2x very faint positives a day apart, you could barely see them but felt like crap so was isolating anyway and developed a cough so went for pcr, it was negative. I was so surprised.
We got my oh to do an lft to compare in case it was the test box and his was totally clear... I know the rules have changed today, but if you've got any symptoms can you go for a pcr to confirm one way of the other?

My DC's looked like that yesterday, it was blazingly obvious this morning.

It's a SureScreen one. We have some Orient Gene ones too. I will do one of those later/tomorrow. Opinion pretty divided at the moment, which isn't very helpful!

I got that kind of ones when I tested too close after eating/vaping.

Every time i see these i wonder if i have missed positive results! Clearly my eye sight is not up to reading lateral flows!

I can see a slight line in the second photo but it’s hardly conclusive. I’d leave it for now and just do another one tomorrow morning.

I can see it in both, and I’ve never seen even a hint of a squint like that on an LFT. Sorry!

I can't see anything but my first eas really faint. By the next morning it was very dark

I see a line, Dd's was like that yesterday, today she had a really strong line.

I was surprised as she had a bad headache Sunday night, but said she felt completely well this morning!
