If you had the choice between Pfizer and Modena which would you have?

I had Pfizer after two AZ. There was no choice. This is what's on offer round here.

I went to a Center offering both and requested Pfizer.

No side effects at all and so far having lived with adult DS for a week who is back from uni and bought covid with him, still negative on a LFT with no signs of catching it.

@mnahmnah

I wanted Pfizer due to everyone I knew who had Moderna felt ill after. However the person that gave me it, said that after two AZ the Moderna really does give the best protection and that’s why they were giving it over Pfizer.
The dr who gave me my booster at vaccination centre said the exact opposite to me! I was given Pfizer after AZ.

Felt like crap after Moderna so would pick Pfizer if I had the choice

I felt fine after moderna. My arm hurt but that was it.

Replies like @blue2222 and @purplesequins are totally unhelpful.

I appreciate I'm very privileged, not only to have access to the vaccine, but also to have a choice of vaccine. But as I do have a choice I decided to do as much research as I could, including anecdotally. It's been interesting and helpful reading the side effects people have mentioned on this thread.

I was able to have the Pfizer and that's what I chose. From what I've read online Pfizer might be slightly less effective than Moderna, but I made as informed a decision as I could.

"Just get the vaccine!" posts were more likely to make me hesitate and delay getting the booster.
