Sorry....I still don't understand the rules!!

Evening all,

My DS woke up this morning with a sore throat. Lateral flowed and it is positive. He is booked in for a pcr tomorrow morning and I am fully expenting it to be positive.

What I don't understand is what the rest of the family need to do if it is positive? Two double jabbed parents, and two unvaccinated, under 12 DC (not including probably positive DS!). Any advice much appreciated.

Just to update...

DS came back positive as expected. I had a call from Test and trace this morning to say all other household member can continue like normal, providing they have negative lateral flow tests daily. This is for 7 days.
