Worked next to someone with omricon- any chance of escaping?!

Ok so my work colleague who I sit about a ruler length away from has just been diagnosed with the new variant. Last week as things were busy we did both share pens- use each other’s phones (I know I know!) she’s just been diagnosed. Right now I’m LFT clear and both is us are vaccinated - have I got any chance of avoiding ?!

It's airborne. So sitting next to her with no ventilation puts you at high risk, breathing in the same air. Sharing sweets unless she's actually coughed and sneezed over them, not so high risk

You won't catch it from the sweets even if she did cough and sneeze all over them. You might catch something else though, that isn't airborne.

I wouldn't worry it's non fatal.no one has been hospitalised. But take a test for your peace of mind and follow guidelines
