Another can you see the line!

I can see a faint line...pcr booked but family don't think it is as would be darker. We are on day 9 of testing everyday for 10days due to close contact so I'm thinking it's faint as early on in infection?

If you’ve done a pcr, I’m not sure what testing again will tell you.

You’ve got a positive there and doing a pcr is the right next step.

I can't see anything. I had a faint line yesterday and it's a stonking thick red line today....I am already on second PcR test as first inconclusive. Am waiting on result of second....but just wanted to know if I am being lazy lying in bed if I only have a cold.....or if I am justified and need to keep away from the family.

Test again tomorrow.

I can see a faint line unfortunately. Another PCR would be the right call I'd say.

Yeah, that's a positive.
I suspect the PCR will back it up.

If that's a positive test, I wonder how many I have had as I can't see a second line at all there even zoomed right in.

Seems a few people on here have had the same.

I just can't see how an lft can be + and a pcr negative. We've done so many lft and this is first +.

I’m seeing a lot of people getting negative PCR results after a positive lateral flow this week. My daughter included. She isn’t well, has two positive lateral flow results yet two negative PCR results!

I've just don't another lft this and now it's negative. How odd? That's strange with your daughter?

I had a faint positive LFT on Sunday, PCR results this morning negative. 2 equally as faint LFT this evening 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wasn't there an issue with one of the testing centres last time a spate of people were getting positive LFT's but negative PCR's?
