The exhaustion after covid is unreal :(

A week into covid and the temp/sweating/feeling ill has subsided but the exhaustion is crazy.

My house is an utter mess (have kids in isolation too)

Every morning I wake up in bed and think I don't feel ill today but by the time I've got down stairs and make something to eat/drink I need to sit on the couch for 20 mins to recover.

I did the dishwasher and kitchen yesterday and had to sit on the floor halfway through for a break.

How long does this last? I haven't even bought a single Christmas present yet. House is a tip. I'm panicking.

After 2 weeks I could manage a 10 minute walk if I then sat down for an hour (and was breathing like I'd run a marathon!). Went back to work (part time) after 3 weeks, but was exhausted by the end of the week.
Week 4 I definitely began to feel more like me, but I'm still not 100% back to normal after 6 weeks...
I hope you feel better soon- it's not fun!
