Unsure about 2nd jab in light of BMJ article

Had my 1st jab only a few weeks ago, as I waited until I was no longer pregnant. I had very painful arm for a couple of days, plus headaches and slightly fuzzy/tingly feeling in my arm. My partner, who at 31 is a bit younger had no side effects whatsoever.
I have read that only 7% of people in clinical trails has headaches, so am worried I may have more severe side effects after 2nd jab.

Anyone care to share experiences of 2nd jab, or comment on the article? It's BMJ so not some dodgy anti-vax thing

Can you point me to where in the linked article it talks about dodgy practices falsifying data? It was very long and wordy, so I may have missed it.

The final paragraph gives a summary, but worth reading the whole thing. @DumplingsAndStew

It doesn't say anywhere that data was falsified. The areas of concern in reality are the potential unblinding & the vaccine storage. The other things happen all the time in clinical trials unfortunately.
Whoever agreed to resolving queries within 24 hours in such a study was making a rod for their own back.
