Just got back to our hotel room after celebrating our our friends wedding.

There was around 80 guests that attended.

The day started with me feeling on edge, very aware of being surrounded by all of these people.

As the day went on and the drinks were flowing, i completely forgot about Covid.

I was dancing, hugging, singing.
I sat on a table and talked face to face with people I didn’t know.

At the time it felt amazing, I felt so happy and relaxed.

Now I’m back in the hotel room I’m feeling panicky and can’t quite believe what I’ve just done 😩

Too late to panic about it now, but really did you not think this would happen when you accepted the invite? If you're still anxious about covid why accept a wedding invitation?
@HungryHippo11

Because I don’t want to live my life in fear and turn down everything.

I did it, i enjoyed it, I feel nervous.

Dandy008, ignore rude posters the main thing is that you are aware you don't want to live in fear so you are being proactive and dealing with it. Well done, keep going you will be OK.
