When did fatigue pass for you?

Hi,

I'm in desperate need of reassurance really. Tested positive ten days ago. Thankfully all symptoms have gone apart from crippling fatigue which is literally killing me. I can't function. I can't do anything and I have 2 toddlers. Please tell me this will pass soon!! If anybody has experienced fatigue since coronavirus when did it start getting better??

After 2 weeks I could stay awake for about 4 or 5 hours and walk for 10 minutes or so. After 2 months I could stay awake for a whole day without needing an afternoon nap or 7pm bedtime. It was 3 months before I felt fully back to normal.

About 2-3 months to get completely back to normal, but gradually better after the first 2-3 weeks. Didnt exercise and helped I was working from home. Recovery was during the last lockdown.

I'm several months in and it hasn't completely.

It was 7 weeks until I was able to return to work, though that wasn't just fatigue but other complications too.

I already have/had fatigue related to my PA as it was so now not really surely whether it's that or the covid anymore. It's worse than pre covid, but no where near as bad as it was, and I can do most of my normal daily stuff, but with that fatigued feeling throughout.

Currently enjoying doing pretty much nothing these summer holidays (luckily no young children.)

Ok so day 12 today. Prob the first day I haven't napped. To be honest I'm not even tired but now I have an awful migraine. Like nurofen isn't even helping. Anyone suggest any painkillers that may help?

How are you feeling now @courtney251 ? 😊

courtney251 · 07/08/2021 12:22

@pixietinsle5 thank you for checking!!

I'm happy to say the fatigue lifted thank god!! But now I have sinusitis which the doctor explained is very common to get after Covid. I'm in antibiotics for that so hoping it will pass soon and I will be back to normal! Covid is rough honestly x
