Will there be a press conference tomorrow?

If restrictions are going tomorrow, wouldnt the conference be tonight? Will there be party poppers?

It would have been amazing wouldn’t it? Sadly I think even Boris might have enough self awareness to realise that this might have been something even he couldn’t waffle and bluster his way out of.
