What were your weird side effects after covid jab?

Had my first covid jab today, AstraZeneca.

Apart from clammy hands and a slight headache, I feel fine. But I keep getting a weird stabbing sensation in my left thigh and also in the palm of my right hand. Really random!

Anyone else had any really strange symptoms?

Also a stabby leg pain! In the back of my knee.

I'm post menopause but had bleeding after both jabs.

Please please go and get this checked. It probably is vaccine related but any bleeding post menopause needs to be looked at as it can be a sign of cancer. Better to be safe than sorry.

The site of my first jab got inflamed 24 hours after my second jab.

I had mine ages ago but if I am extremely tired or not well I can feel a sensitivity on the injection site. No pain or mark but I can feel where it went in. It's very strange.

Pfizer 2nd dose. Headaches, flu type feeling with aching limbs for about 5 days, fatigue like I've never felt before, twitching limbs, dizziness, my period is completely fucked up between covid, the first jab and the 2nd. I'm glad I've had my children as I would be worried about my fertility tbh. No periods for weeks and months, alternating with almost umnagable bleeding but on no schedule at all. Brain fog. Covid and the jabs seems to have really affected me. I do sleep well now though after years of insomnia, so every cloud! The side effects have been so persistent (especially the fatigue) that it's fast on the way to ruining my life. I'm falling to connect with my DP and friends because I'm so zombie like, I can feel all my personal relationships crumbling. I can manage half a day of decent parenting and then I'm needing to sleep or sit in a quiet space for hours after. I'm fucking up at work becuase of the fatigue. I've already decided I won't be getting the booster. I was literally just getting over COVID and the first jab, starting to feel a bit like myself again, and the 2nd jab has put me right back. I'm so upset!

Numb tongue the morning after for half a day. Not fully numb, just felt like the whole thing had been burned recently.

Stabbing pains in my legs , mostly calves. Like awful cramp. Lasted for a few days. Otherwise fine.

I still can't believe these period / bleeding issues are being treated as statistically insignificant. Please log on the yellow card scheme if you can.

I had exactly this except it only lasted about an hour. I woke up with terrible cramp in my ankles and feet the morning after my second vaccination and thought crikey, this is really wierd and found it difficult walking to the bathroom. It wore off pretty quickly though.

Unexplained excessive bleeding resulting in emergency admittance to hospital and three blood transfusions.

After my first AZ I was so unwell. Like really bad flu for about 5 days. I had it at lunchtime and started to feel a bit ropey around twelve hours later. I woke up at 2am feeling like death to find my nose bleeding - it took ages to stop. Had more nosebleeds over the next few days. That was very weird.

Second one I was absolutely fine!

I got tingly legs.

This sounds a bit like peri-menopause to me. I would ask your Doctor. Most women start earlier than 50.

Very sore tongue like it had grown to treble its normal size and struggled to eat for a few days.

I was called a shill on another thread for saying my dd and mil had awful side effects after the vaccine. Can’t believe how prevalent these side effects are and no one cares. DB had Pfizer and now has a awful rash on his whole body, red scaly lumps. Just been told it’s a coincidence same as mil and dd. For people still suffering I wish you speedy recoveries.

Late period and a very strange electric shock feeling in my right side of my breast, lasted seconds. Was very strange.

I had pfizer and all I had was a day of chills - couldn't get warm and was trembling with cold on a warm day ,
But it was quite a relief as I'm obese and hate warm weather 😂

I couldn't sleep for 2 nights after mine. It was so weird. I had Pfizer

Tinnitus (which hasn't gone away) and absent period for 3 months (after 1st dose)

Sharp stabbing pain inside my left ear after second dose of Moderna.
