How long for PCR results in the south?

Anyone in the southeast who's done a test over the last few days, how quickly did you get your results? Last few we've done have come back in 12-18 hours so this feels like it's taking ages in comparison!

Mine came through just now, 3 days after sending it off.

12hour turn around east of England drive in testing.

Mine has just come through as well. Friday 2pm to Monday 7.30pm

Mine has just come through. Drive through in Surrey and it took 13 hours exactly. Thankfully it was negative.

I posted mine Saturday lunchtime, haven't had a response yet.

@DelphiniumBlue Same, although DH did too and has his results this morning which were neg, not so hopeful for DD as she has positive LF test. Hopefully not too much longer this waiting is driving me nuts.

West Sussex - 36 hours

I'm still waiting...

We're at 12.5 hours - watching phone religiously! At least need 2/3 kids back in school even if little one who's a bit poorly is home 🤞it's negative - fever and cough 🙈

25 hours here

Took over 72 hours in the end had to persistently try getting through to 119 then got the results.

London here and got results in 24 hours from drive through centre. Test was yesterday. Negative so DS can go back to school hurrah!

They lost mine!

Mine was 14.5 hours to email and 22 hours to text message this time round - north London walk through

13 hours in Sussex yesterday to today. Drive through test centre.

52 hours so far!!

rang helpline and they can't chase the lab until 72 hours. I had to miss my 2nd jab today and might have to cancel my daughters christening on Sunday if I haven't heard by midday tomorrow

that was at a walk through too, not even postal

Finally back. negative after 53 hours

I posted mine Monday afternoon and didn't get the result until 4.30 this morning!

Drive thru test Fleet, Hampshire Monday 5th July 12.45pm negative result 11.15pm same day - 10.5 hours.

Home test Basingstoke Friday 9th July posted at 12pm still waiting result - currently 46 hours
