Vaccination - side effects lasting longer than a few days and why are the side effects so pronounced in younger people?

Have many people had side effects from the AZ vaccination that have lasted more than a few days?

Also can anyone explain to me why the AZ vaccination seem to have such pronounced side effects in younger people in comparison to other vaccinations. I understand that younger people have a stronger immune response but the side effects seem to be very pronounced in many younger people. I’ve not heard of many people ending up in bed after other vaccinations. I plan to get mine as soon as it’s offered but I’m in my 30s and I’m feeling a bit nervous about how many younger people seem to be quite ill after their first dose.

I had mine yesterday, I've had no side effects but I'm constantly unwell with viruses and colds that I catch from my six year old.

I had my AZ jab 9 days ago and have felt rough ever since- excruciatingly tired which is too be expected I guess. The thing that worries me though is I keep getting a really sore throat (which is listed as a side effect), accompanied by a feeling of pressure in my ear and down the left side of my head/face and sinus/temple pressure. My jab was in my left arm. Is this a thing? It gets slightly better with lemsip. I was really run down before getting the jab, so might be related to that.

No-body I know has had these as side effect- just rough for 48 hours and then fine.
