Once you’ve had both your jabs, what are you going to do with the bit of paper confirming you’ve had it?

I might have mine recreated as a fabric badge and sew it to my swimming costume.

Those saying it is showing on Patient Access and the NHS app, is it in the patient records part? I have both apps and both say my GP surgery has blocked access to patient records. So I can’t see my vaccine. Very annoyed and want to raise it wth the GP as I thought we had a legal right to access to our records.

If you read the text when you downloaded the apps you will clearly see that some features are only available to those surgeries who opt in to them.

Noone has removed your rights to access your record. You can still do that in the usual way.

Everyone should have a little card with name, what vaccine they had and the batch number.

What's your source? Just so I can raise it with my GP[/quote]
No source, I just assumed as everyone I know has one, and also the following is on the back....

Had mine this evening. Got a card with name, batch number and stamped date. Was told to retain it as they’ll need it on the second appointment - there’s a space on the card to insert the same info for the second jab.

Really impressed with the efficiency at the centre but disappointed there was no lolly at the end (seen that available in a few places).

Nothing terrible will happen if you don't take it to your second appointment, I promise.

Even though many people have already said they didn't get one? You still assumed that everyone gets one?

No, it was the assumption I made before reading this. I am not calling anyone a liar!

So when you said everyone should have a card it was actually just what you think should happen?

It's what I thought was happening before I read here.

When someone said they didn't get anything you quoted them and stated as fact...

Everyone should have a little card with name, what vaccine they had and the batch number.

I am sorry I should of wrote

I thought everyone got, not everyone should get, it was a mistake.

As I said I know quite a few people who have had the vaccine and everyone I know has a card. I made the assumption everyone had the card, I was clearly wrong. I apologise.
