When would you say a lockdown is over?

The Mail (sorry!) have had the same lockdown ticker going for about a year now. But I would argue we were not in lockdown for some of that time. Also there has been 3 distinct lockdowns though I know some people have been under quite a lot of restrictions the whole time.
DH has a lockdown beard which he says he will only shave when lockdown is over. I tentatively suggested 8th as the schools go back but he said 21st June

No, I don't go to nightclubs, but as far as I know, they have been closed since last March.

For me when we can go camping in our van again. So the 12th April. I cannot wait. We are booked up for 3 weekends already. I just hope there is no more u-turns

For me personally it'll be when masks are no longer mandatory, can't stand the bloody things.
