Just had an email that says Chester races are hoping to go ahead in early May with up to 5000 people there.Shows what power the racing world has over covid
I can't believe that's OK.
Plus the Euros are scheduled for summer with attendance seemingly oked by the powers that be.

It's such positive news to think of all these happy times to come

@teenagetantrums

It will be fine. I'm getting my second jab next week as will many people. Time to go back to having a normal life l think
But there’s so many unvaccinated, including me (CV group 6, no jab on the horizon according to GP). It’s what happens if we all go back to normal life, and consequently plummet the country back into lockdown as we all end up in the hospital?

This site is in a constant cycle of saying the schools should be shut and then being angry when they are shut.

@Lemons1571 Yes there are lots of people unvaccinated, but it’s the 26th February, the mass vaccination roll out only started a few weeks ago, and we’ve done nearly 20 million people already. You will be vaccinated soon, in the next couple of weeks probably, as will all adults that want the jab by the summer. We are not going back to normal until more people have immunity, so why on earth would the country plummet back into lockdown? The roadmap has been carefully thought through and signed off by scientist, the dates being aligned with the time that all of our bodies are making lovely antibodies against the virus. The vaccination roll out is going amazingly and there’s no reason to think this won’t continue. Stay positive! It’ll all be fine Smile
