When can I travel to Wales?!

My family live in Wales and I haven't seen my mum since October. Does anyone know if the 'roadmap' set out today allows me to travel to see family or do I need to wait to see what Wales does?

forgot that my parents have been crossing the border legitimately for medical appointments in chester and never been stopped or even seen any police. However plenty of people have been stopped/fined near beauty spots eg the beaches. Heard on here about a woman being fined recently for taking her dogs for a walk on llandudno beach when she'd driven 2 miles from her home to Asda to do the shopping (allowed) but extended it slightly to take her dogs on the beach (not allowed). World's gone mad.

@ArosGartref

No *@HauntedPencil*. Never been stopped by police but even if there were I can't imagine it would be an issue.
No they'd be fine but three of my friends have been stopped going up the road! Just wondered what the bridge was like I had visions of them being all over it.

My mum was widowed last summer, she’s in the midlands and I am in Cardiff. She comes back and forth to see me and my family at least once a month, she’s in our support bubble.
She’s not been stopped once

Cardiff isn’t exactly a beauty spot where people congregate other than for shopping is it? Myself, my DH, my DS and DD have been pulled over, many times, on our way to work. Mainly because we live in an area where The World, his wife, his kids, his mates, his dogs blah blah and everyone else thinks once Boris has a bright idea to lessen restrictions in England they all make their way here. Jeez! Is there nowhere in England for them to congregate?? Even when Boris tightened restrictions after Christmas Day the hordes still turned up on Boxing Day. I, for one, and everyone else in Wales were pleased they received fines and were sent on their way. There’s no need for this level of idiocy. Even Drakeford came up trumps and that’s a first.
