This is a thread for people who are unashamedly HAPPY today about the roadmap out of lockdown.

We know there will be bumps in the road, but with the fantastic vaccine rollout and coming boosters that will attack variants, we are HAPPY and HOPEFUL today!!

Yes, I'm happy. To think we can go out for a walk with a whole other family is a dream! I've booked us a night away at a theme park and I'll be able to organise a little party of some type for my son. All our older relatives have been vaccinated. We've got our jobs, out house, our health and now it's time to live again. We will still remain careful and follow the rules but life is a gift, staying indoors is w worthwhile sacrifice to make, but not forever.

I hadn't noticed that it was rule of six or two households - that means we can get together with my brother's family!! Yay!!

I sat in my kids room last night just agog at the thought that there may be an end in sight.

Still feel like I cant let myself fully believe it though, but its wonderful to have a date to look forwards do.
