I need to calm down, I'm angry at so many things just now. I'm really anxious about covid and I think its spilling into anger.

I need to calm down, its not good for my health.

No glasses on the shelves..... cos of covid

No seats ..... cos of covid

Waiting in the pissing rain after the eye test for 30 minutes whilst they slot us in for a fitting..... cos of covid

No two for one on the kids glasses anymore .....

Sorry off topic but when i went to specsavers they had the glasses on the shelves? Have they removed them? I took my daughter just after xmas. She got to try them on but when she had finished doing that, they were put in a tray I assume to be cleaned. The getting two had ended though. Think its shit.

@ssd It descended into a total rammy. I wrote something I shouldn't have written based on the band Europe's only hit. Thread got deleted in wee small hours...

I'm angry that at times I've been angry at my own family because they are reacting to covid differently to me. I'm then angry that I've let covid make me angry at the people I love and miss the most, but I'm learning to let go of being angry at the people I love the most because they are the most important in my life, so atleast covid has taught me that. I used to be so busy rushing around that I didn't have as much time for close family members, but I hope this has taught me to make time a bit more in the future

My life has been turned upside down but the specsavers escapade was the icing on the cake for me today

I cried at queuing outside Sainsbury's the other day

I HATE sleeping bags. I hate them because the lack of leg-freedom makes me feel trapped and panicky. I want to kick out, break the bag and free my poor imprisoned legs.

That's how this feels. Lockdown feels like someone is keeping me in a sleeping bag.

I don't know the answers but every day I feel a little bit more trapped and angsty than before.
