The midnight trick has stopped working for me, is there a new method anyone is aware of? Thanks

If you have a slot booked you won't be able to get another slot until after it's delivered though

Yes you can I've got slots booked for the next 4 weeks

I've noticed that they block the whole week if you have a booked slot, which is a pain if you want to change days as it remains hidden even though you'd be giving up your slot to get a different day that week!

If you actually click "change slot" you should see what's available. You don't lose your original slot until you check out the new one.

Doesn't it also depend on where you live? I've been trying to get a slot since the lockdown began!

I've just been on the Tesco app and literally everything's booked until 15th may. I don't understand the whole 'releasing slots' how is that possible if everything's already booked? I'm in London btw

There are slots in my area this week but nothing further away. So a few slots this week but nothing for the following three weeks

Keep checking. They dont make them all available at once. 11am on a Sunday is a good time to check for me.

I managed to get a Sainsbury's slot for tomorrow after failing to get a Tesco's one for a couple of weeks time. I only want Click and Collect.
I cancelled my Waitrose as Sainsbury's will replace that. Sainsbury's even let me order more than 3 of some items which was a relief.

Tonight at midnight a column of slots for the 16th will appear. Some will be already gone as vulnerable people and delivery saver customers get to see them a week earlier, but some will be free as there are a lot more slots than there are vulnerable people and delivery saver customers. Tesco have been expanding like crazy from day one.

If you are a vulnerable or a delivery saver customer then tonight you will see the column for the 23rd appear.

In any case if you have an order than all slots for that week will be blocked to stop you having two in one week.

So say you manage to get one tonight for the 16th then in a weeks time you could book another order for the 23rd and a week later another for the 30th. You can have multiple orders. Just not in the same week.

In addition sometimes slots will appear randomly where someone has moved/cancelled theirs or your tesco has got a new driver.

Keep checking C&C slots have now gone live for me, deliveries were earlier today.

Agree with others it’s letting me have one slot per week.

I have been searching in vain for weeks but a friend said they are putting up slots for the following day now and boom! I have one for tomorrow. All this time I’ve been looking for slots three weeks ahead and nothing.

Just had my delivery, I always find the drivers so friendly. After he left I was thinking I should have given him a tip, but guessing that would have been inappropriate considering were not supposed to handle cash anymore

I don't know why you are not seeing the extra week but you should be able to. There's a number to call (It was in one of these threads) and you may be able to get that fixed.

I am seeing slots at completely random times now, I'm only finding them because friends message round when they notice new slots.

I've just got one for Monday! Did the timed slot for an extra £4.50. I just checked on the offchance and was amazed - there were quite a few.

Omg I just got a slot now for Tuesday. Been checking the Tesco app all day today! I'm so happy!! just keep checking the apps guys!

Tesco letting me book one slot per week. I'm a delivery saver customer.

But not really enough as also shopping for elderly vulnerable family member (and have done for years) at a different address - can't get their shopping and ours the same week. Clearly have to prioritise them - but then we can't get any shopping.

Tesco should allow more than 1 slot per week to different addresses.

I was in tonight at 11.50. It kicked me out just before 12 and put me in a queue
I got back in at 6 minutes past and all slots gone! I hate tesco
I've had more success with asda but I don't really like asda.

Just checked and a couple have now appeared for tomorrow for me.
I only had my delivery yday and have another one booked for two weeks so its next weekend I need to book for.
The driver yday did say they were holding them for the vulnerable and then if they weren't taken they would be released for everyone else, so that's probably what's happened here.

Yes that's what I did and there was nothing. I've done this many times and think it must be a glitch (I'm on the priority slot list).

I got one for Morrisons, without having to join any queue, it is for about 3 weeks' time, and I am not their biggest fan, but still, it is a home delivery!
