6 year old with coronavirus symptoms

My 6 year old has a sore throat, bad cough, slight wheeze and temp temperature of 37.6. I’m really scared for him and for my vulnerable DH. What do I do? How did he get ill? None of us have left the house/ garden for 3 weeks because of DH.

Make sure he's getting lots of fluids. That's really important. Don't panic.

Remember. His body is doing exactly what it's meant too. You do need to ring a dr if it gets near 40.

Because it's what's causing the fever. That's the concern.

Hope he is ok such a worry, don’t hesitate to contact the doctors again. You know your child best.
