Is your house inexplicably cleaner now?

We have been at home all day every day and haven't had our usual 4 hours of cleaning each week - but I'd say our house is definitely cleaner and tidied than before

We're both still working full time, albeit from home, and we have fairly full on jobs so putting in our full hours. I would say my working hours are slightly longer as I don't need to rush to pick up DD sp tend to work a bit later.

Is anyone else noticing this?

No I was really unwell with symptoms and it was a state then as I couldn’t keep up with the cleaning. Now I’m better it’s fairly clean but I’m still constantly picking up after the child!

Oh I have bribed her to clean though, that seems to help

Yes, ours is much cleaner & tidier. Because we're all here all day, we actually clean up after ourselves instead of dashing in and out all day.

We're all fat as fuck, living in shit and bored to tears

I'm doing well with the decluttering. Playroom done. Kids found some toys they'd forgotten about and have been playing happily with those.

Looks like I will be repainting after lockdown but am strict about toys away before tea time...

I do vacuum and mop daily but the dust!!!??? On all the shelves as i have a limit! Ds2 and ds4 , dirt blind dh, and I am gearing myself up for a weekly bathroom and loo clean as none of them clean or aim right. Yuk
