As soon as I get up, around 6am.

I tend to go mid afternoon, although I left it until early evening yesterday.

Anywhere from 0400 - 0430 five days per week before work as usual for a run, one day per week a later run and one day per week rest from running but walk instead, again later.

Midday to early afternoon. Breaks the work day up, warmer, most chance of sunshine. Am slightly obsessive about sunshine.

DD is kind of fair & seems to be slightly sunburnt today (!)

At around 7.30am, I go for a decent walk. At around 3pm I'll break up the day with a low impact workout on Youtube.
