Weight gain or loss?

Just pondering, how much do you think your weight will alter over the next few weeks?

I'm in the gain camp. I'm menopausal, less active than usual, and eating more processed food, not a good combination.

Friends with young kids are saying they're losing weight already, a mix of running around after the children, and also cutting back on their own food to make sure the family are fed.

Losing at the moment - I have no sense of smell or taste and barely any appetite, eating seems entirely pointless so I’m not really doing it. Once my taste comes back I will be making up for everything I have missed and the weight will go back on 😂

I think I will loose.
Huge anxiety related appetite loss, plus every time we eat something I get even more a sinus about having to go to the shops to replace it.

Gaining Sad

I have a very busy, physically active job and now I'm off work I'm trying to keep busy but I'm also eating too much, and reaching for the wine too often. Really not good and I need to give myself a talking to.

I'm losing. 6lbs in less than 2 weeks. I was normal weight before. Still am, but saggier sadly. I have a great appetite when I'm active, and a high metabolism. Not being active, being extremely stressed, and wanting to space out shopping trips has done this.
Not got an eating disorder or anything, just too stressed to eat. My mum was like this and one of my sister's is too. Can't eat when very anxious. Need to make myself though.

I will definitely lose.
I work in a restaurant usually and get fed there 5 days out of 7.
The last couple of days i worked before being furloughed i could hardly eat with anxiety.
My anxiety is less now but im really trying not to go shopping.
2 meals a day is fine for me considering im not walking 40 miles a week at work.

I've lost weight. 7lbs. Checked this morning. I've not been able to pig out on take aways or lift my usual weights. I'm literally wasting away.

Eating fewer crisps. I’ve run out now and daren’t go out for more. So might actually loose a bit of weight.
