@ChipotleBlessing people who are bloated, doughy and red faced often have high blood pressure. I appreciate you can’t diagnose by looking at a person and many people who look healthy may have high BP. But he does LOOK like he has hypertension

He could easily have a BMI of 40+.

IM 5Ft5 and weight just under 17 stone. Morbidly obease you may say? Yet in all honestly I dont look like a weigh any more then 15/14st at most. (I've had many arguments from people telling me that it's not possible even when I've that morning stood on scales). Not everyone puts weight on the same way nor shows it the same way.

FFS 62% of the UK population is overweight or obese so if that is genuinely considered an underlying condition, we are truly fucked. And no way does Bois have BMI of 40. He may be overweight or obese but definitely not morbidly so

Being Prime Minister seems to be a job that takes it out of whoever gets it - pretty much all the PMs apart from David Cameron have started to look a bit frazzled after a while. The current PM is facing a worse crisis than any of the others in my lifetime, I'd say.

It wasn't an attack on his appearance. It was a question as to why he was prioritised for covid 19 testing.
