Do you think the situation will impact your fitness?

I’m a runner - so that’s ok
But I’m missing studio yoga and swimming

I don’t think it will impact my fitness as I can run and do home workouts but I do think my flexibility may suffer slightly as I don’t have access to a hot yoga studio.

How’s others feeling.... home work outs or not in the mood unless a proper gym class?

Have been thinking of having a run round the hospital at lunch. But if you start running in a hospital people think there's an emergency.

@MinkowskisButterfly what ballet class are you doing? My DD would love that!

I’m getting more fit not less with Joe Wicks!

The ballet coach is doing lessons all week. Children, adult and grandparent classes.

Yes, but I'll do what I can when I can. I normally walk a lot (sometimes hill walking up a steep hill), the odd bike ride, gardening at this time of year and do a lot of lifting at work.

Yesterday, I made myself do a fast walk for 45 mins (less time than normal walking) and a few toning exercises. Today my steep hill walk from home and gardening. Tomorrow bike ride and gardening.
