Is there a list of what is classed an ‘essential shop’?

For example are pet shops essential? Are banks?

How about Home Bargains and Pound land? We have both nearby and they sell food and medicines?

Does this mean all non essential shops are closed? If so when will that happen or has it already happened?

I'm unsure about dentists - maybe emergency treatment only? Shops that sell a mixture of food and other things like the pound shop, maybe it will be up to the owners discretion?

Dentists are emergency only. I had an appointment cancelled today.

My DH would count a hardware shop as essential.

At work, we've received a letter from Poundland, stating that they're an essential retailer @InDubiousBattle

Poundland Is essential can I ask does anyone know if Argos will be open? My asd daughter relies on her Disney DVD’s and Sod’s law hers has broken tonight. Don’t know how She will go through 12+ weeks without it.

What about the shops inside hospitals?

Will Amazon still be delivering as they sell just about everything and I have a few orders pending or in transit.
