Is there a list of what is classed an ‘essential shop’?

For example are pet shops essential? Are banks?

I seen staff on the Wilkos fb page complaining the store were remaining open and moaning that people were coming in for paint and a lawn mower

The banks are taking the Mickey and keeping their crowded office hqs open too for all staff. Not just essential ones. They reckon even admin are key workers
