Just received a text from coronavirus NHS. Worried and confused

I've received a text stating that I have been identified as someone of high risk of developing complications from coronavirus. But as far as I am aware I do not have any underlying health conditions, I have 2 young children, ( both under 5) and again not aware of any health conditions. I am worried that one of them could be high risk but I don't know of what.
What should I do next?
Thank you

They might have sent it to the wrong person by accident. X

I had a message like this too-was puzzled as although I have hyperthyroidism it doesn't appear on the list. I also have sickle cell trait but not full blown sickle cell disease and again this isn't on the list. It might however be to do with the drugs used to treat hyperthyroidism because they can affect the immune system I think. Am going to call my GP first thing tomorrow. Are you on any medications Op?

@WiggyClawsThe2nd on no medication

It's probably my text! I should have had one but haven't....!!

I have a GP appointment coming up anyway so will ask then but what concerns me more is people who haven’t received the text and should have.

My mother is high risk and hasn’t received it but she’s waiting for that for her to cease working. Some employers might want to see that to allow people time off maybe?
