Is this considered a non essential journey?

Just watched the PMs broadcast and we're now in lock down for at least weeks. However my DD was due to go down to her father's from monday next week. Can she still go?

Michael Gove has clarified that it IS acceptable and considered 'essential' for children to see all parents.
