I'm booked in next week.
They have just put a post up on Facebook saying they are coronavirus free and pleading with customers to still come.
It's a family business etc
What would you do?
My brain is saying cancel.

The sooner everyone completely isolates, the sooner the situation will improve

All unnecessary social contact will do is delay how much longer this will take frankly.

Definitely go against all governmental advice and the go and see an elderly relative afterwards.

SirChable · 20/03/2020 23:00

I’ll be cancelling Mine next week, but paying anyway.

GallusAlice79 · 20/03/2020 23:00

Absolutely. I was booked in for this week to get my roots done and cancelled. My hair is going to look horrendous very soon.

But some things are more important.

browzingss · 20/03/2020 23:05

Everyone’s hair will look horrendous soon. Mine included. As I don’t think thus situation will pass in the imminent weeks/months.

AhoyMrBeaver · 20/03/2020 23:05

but as I will continue going to work for the rest of this outbreak (God willing I don't catch it) to keep you and yours safe and well - I feel it's a risk worth taking in a small town.

Wow, you've won immunity by doing a job! Remember to wear your chufty badge so the hairdresser knows you're one of the good non-conformers.

@Fortheselfemployed 🤦‍♀️ Are you for real? Confused fuck me we’re doomed.

OP, yes of course you should cancel. It is unnecessary contact.
