No you shouldn’t! They do they with two other people who have their families and their nanny and take their kids for one play date and the car to the mechanic who has a family and suddenly you’ve been plugged into a social network of hundreds of people.

Could you not have coffee over a video call in your own homes?

^ This. Amongst my friendship group we’ve already switched over to skype for our regular coffee morning. I’ve facetimed another friend and her daughter who are currently housebound. We have friends working in the NHS in clinical roles, so we are all very mindful of how this will protect them and other vulnerable people in our community. A face to face coffee morning in the current circumstances is non-essential and just plain selfish. I don’t understand why people aren’t getting it. 😞

Meet outside. Each take your own drinks in a thermal cup or flask. Stay 2m apart. I think that would possibly be O. K. But I wouldn't do it.

Don’t meet up at all. Irresponsible to suggest that ukholiday.
