Who is losing their appetite?

I'm forcing down smaller amounts decent food to keep myself going, but honestly amazed at how little interest I have in eating. While at the same time worrying in case we run out if eg sick and weakened at home for a long time.

I do tend to lose my appetite in high stress situations but usually only for a couple of days. This time I just can't ever imagine going out for dinner and enjoying a wonderful meal again, usually a great pleasure. Purely anxiety related as I've noticed after I have a glass of wine in the evening I relax and can eat more, as long as it's something light.

Anyone else similar?

Constant nausea and anxiety here but trying to force myself to eat 3 small meals with the rest of the family. But when I get stressed my appetite always disappears and I can survive on very little.

Only realised a little while ago I've had nothing all day except some tea.

If I don't eat too much we can save a few pennies because we are going to need it.

Stress always does this to me, it's not the dreaded CV per se but trying to work around 3 kids is so hard & I am struggling to focus. Yesterday I realised it was 2:30 and I'd had nothing but a cup of tea all day. Work is full on (HR) so I am expected to know everything about how to deal with CV but you do you know what?! I know as much as the rest of us!

I ate a pack of chocolate cookies so quick I felt like a cookie vacuum cleaner.

I'm a comfort eater, but even though there is a load of food in the house (we did a big Costco stock up a few weeks before the madness started) I can't really be bothered to eat it. I am drinking far too much wine though.....
