How the hell do you know if you’ve got a temp?!

..without a thermometer. I have a sore throat but no cough, feel a bit hot but objectively I have no idea if it’s above whatever the threshold is!

Can’t find one anywhere for love nor money, Amazon, boots, independent chemists..

What did we do before the times of thermometers? Anything better than hand on forehead?

We bought a cheap thermometer from Amazon and it gave us hypothermic readings

We're isolating because we are hot to touch, especially on our backs, and we're following NHS 111 guidance. Neither of us feel unwell though, and no cough.
