Ocado orders - edit closing a day early?

Anyone else have their order for tomorrow close for editing a day early? It's a right bugger - I hadn't done my weekly shop, just the minimum to hold the slot!

I agree the communication is really poor. I tried the phone and webchat to ask what am I supposed to with failed ocado reserved orders but they were both closed. Told to use the email which I had. If all their smart pass and ocado reserved customers are doing the same with contacting them or trying to login all the time to rebook our orders, it doesn’t help with the website.

At this point, I would rather they come with a random computer selected order with some meat, veg, bread, etc then nothing. It will just be like a meat/veg box. At least I know I would have food.

hAs anyone been able to book a new slot. It looks like they opened up slots for 12-15th March but all had gone?

Self isolating here and can't get any food in.

No more slots available. Looked this morning.

I’ve never been to the supermarket/shops so much. What a dire situation especially for those in self isolation.

I guess we need to shift to local delivery companies for those that have them.
