All ocado slots all gone

I usually do a shop on saturday for sunday night or monday and they have all gone next availability is Thursday! Im guessing due to coronavirus thats why i put in here. My daughter bas autism and it can be stressful going shopping , i find it stressful too! Ocado was perfect for us now ive got to go shopping 😣

I got 3 marketing emails from Ocado this week & none of them mentioned the issue with getting delivery slots

I've been trying all afternoon to amend and check out my ocado delivery for Monday. They are obviously struggling with all the extra traffic.

Am wondering whether to just bloody cancel it and go to the supermarket.

App not working for me since last night. Anyone else?

There was about an hour last night where the website was inaccessible for me, but I managed to get back in the end. Also been okay today

The app has been useless all week.

Can't get on the website either, just gives me a sorry we're busy message when I try and log in

Yes I’ve been trying this afternoon, given up will have to go to the supermarket which is a waste of paying for a delivery pass.

Really annoyed with app as I have a slot booked and it will not let me amend my items. Even tried at 2am when I thought demand would be low and it still was not working

Yep app is a nightmare, won't even let me log in. Didn't accept any edits for yesterday's delivery so I had to hand back a load of stuff to the driver!

No delivery slots for TWO weeks where I live from either Tesco or ASDA. This is a real pain for me as I have some mobility issues which make it more difficult for me to shop. And because I live quite rurally I now have to travel to shop which is a real pain.

Same here with Ocado. Have been trying since yesterday to edit my delivery tomorrow - site’s completely stuffed. 17.25 was the cut-off point. Will have to be satisfied with what’s in trolley - and pray a decent proportion of it actually arrives.

They’ve texted to say that for the moment delivery drivers will not be entering houses, or retrieving carrier bags.

I used Sainsbury’s as they had plenty of slots then I placed my usual Ocado shop for the following week. Ocado did e mail me regarding high demand but I was just as shocked when I saw how far in advance delivery was. I’m guessing Ocado has some good sign up offers at the minute.

I’m having the same problem. They want my annual subscription for Ocado deliveries though!

After waitrose delivery when first put this post on, ive struggled all week have delivery booked for monday did day aftet this post and one for following week but app keeps crashing nightmare!

No loo roll though.

Oh and as a heads up - Ocado will deliver to those in self isolation - but will not deliver alcohol so stock up now!!!

What!! Damn!
I only got two bottles of wine in my last order. I’d better make sure I add more just in case.

That said with last nights delivery (I managed to get my order to go through at 6am the day before) the delivery guy was quite happy to bring the order in to the kitchen. I told him not to worry though.

Just got an Ocado slot for next Friday evening (first available).

Every slot costs £6.99 - max price.

So, a month ago, I had a months worth of Ocado slots pre-booked, and also pre-booked slots with Waitrose, just to see which one would be able to fully deliver. I have now cancelled all the Ocado ones, as they were out of stock of lots of items, and have been getting deliveries from my local Waitrose instead. Have had everything delivered from Waitrose, and they have only been booked out a couple of days in advance. I think it is better to keep local.

If it gets much worse, will start ordering from places like Cook. Either delivered or Click and Collect.

No Sainsbury's or Tesco here for the next 3 weeks.

Can anyone see any slots available at all?

I went on this morning and no slots available. At all. For March or April!
