Is there a basic preppers essentials shopping list?

Looking to do a basic preppers shop just in casehave no idea what to get though.

I've already bought
Thermometer
Children's and adults ibuprofen and paracetamol
Hand washes
Mini hand sanitisers

What about food and stuff?

Cigarettes. Yeah CV affects the lungs rather badly if you get it, but when I'm potentially stuck in the house without being ill for weeks on end with DP and the DCs, I'm gonna need them

Serious note, I got a flash mop thingy. I can't do much anyway, but now the floor doesn't have to wait until DP is up to it - the kids can do it too.

I don't normally stock up like this, but have bought a few extras just in case we have to self isolate or they lock down where we Iive
