Stockpiling for coronavirus

Sorry if there's already been a thread on this, I did do a search!

I've got the coronavirus fear and feel like I should stock up. We don't have much room but we have got one cupboard we can use.

I'm thinking:

Paracetamol
Calpol
Toilet roll
Soap
Pasta
Rice
Frozen veggies

Am I bonkers to do this or is it sensible?

Why are people stock piling toilet paper?

I just bought more than usual because other people are inexplicably clearing the shelves of the stuff and I don’t want a dirty bottom.

The government announced that they’d deliver supplies to those in quarantine. Waitrose was also offering deliver to those in isolation (on their website last week) but not sure if that’s still the case.

@joystir59 they’re worried that Australians will come over and set spiders on anyone attempting to get near the loo roll isle.
