Help.
Im in a complete panic about coronavirus. Im 7 months pregnant and also have a 7 year old and a 4 year old.
Im absolutely terrified of the coronavirus spreading in the uk, to the point I am having constant panic attacks and refreshing the news every 10 mins. Im so scared for my baby and my children.
Am i blowing this totally out of proportion?

I am 29 weeks pregnant, with a 3 years old at home and also panicking a lot.. My mom works in one of the biggest hospitals in central London and the situation there is very very bad.
My brother's wife is a nurse in a labour ward in another hospital in London and goes to work with public transport every day which makes me even more worried...when the time comes to give birth I will go to a labour ward full of staff who might have the virus... they are not testing all hospital workers..
