So was the video the father got real, or was it staged psychological torture and she died of the gunshot wounds and fall?

How can you tell whether an injection is air or a clear liquid anaesthesia from a video? Israeli forensics listed her cause of death as the bullet wounds….maybe they will need to retest her body for evidence of air injection? It’s something that could have been overlooked.

Hamas and their supporters are monsters. Even Amnesty International has finally put out a report accusing Hamas of crimes against humanity during and after the October 7, 2023 attack on Israel.

It took them more than 2 years but they got there in the end.

There have been many other similar reports and press releases by Amnesty since then that have also condemned Hamas’ war crimes.

The one published recently was not the first, second, or third such report. It’s not on to repeat such claims when they can be verified as grossly inaccurate in minutes simply by going to Amnesty’s website and doing a search.

I’m sure he saw a video of her, but no video is going to be able to show the difference between a doctor injecting air versus a doctor using up precious anaesthesia to put a patient shot multiple times under before trying to surgically save her life.

Even the Israeli forensics experts say that the cause of death were her wounds.

So, yes, the video by itself doesn’t prove that even one Palestinian doctor is a Hamas killer. There would be forensic evidence if injected air caused her death.

Yes, some nurses and doctors are murderers- we know that from trials and convictions. So it’s possible, and warrants further forensic investigation if the Israeli forensics experts didn’t look beyond the obvious life threatening wounds.

They have completely different legal definitions which is why the distinction is made by organisations.

War crime is an umbrella term like homicide.
One type of war crime is crimes against humanity another is torture.
One type of homicide is manslaughter another is murder.

You are wrong anyway, the Amnesty report released earlier this month was not the first time they specifically mentioned crimes against humanity in relation to Oct 7th, 2023.
