Israel Emptying Refugee Camps a Crime Against Humanity

“The Israeli government’s forced displacement of the populations of three West Bank refugee camps in January and February 2025 amount to war crimes and crimes against humanity, Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. The 32,000 people reportedly removed have not been permitted to return to their homes, many of which Israel forces have deliberately demolished.”

”Israeli authorities in early 2025 forcibly removed 32,000 Palestinians from their homes in West Bank refugee camps without regard to international legal protections and have not permitted them to return,” said Nadia Hardman, senior refugee and migrant rights researcher at Human Rights Watch. “With global attention focused on Gaza, Israeli forces have carried out war crimes, crimes against humanity, and ethnic cleansing in the West Bank that should be investigated and prosecuted.”

Have you anything to say about 32,000 being removed from their homes and their homes demolished?

The residents of West Bank refugee camps are mostly descended from Palestinians who fled or were driven from their homes during the war surrounding Israel's creation in 1948-49.

I do. What a disgusting shame that these terrorists put their lust for murdering Jews above the safety and wellbeing of own families and communities.

Hang on a minute though, didn’t Jordan occupy the West Bank for almost 20 years after 1948? Were these people still refugees then? Why didn’t they become Jordanian citizens?

Weren’t Palestinians given numerous opportunities to declare their own State so they would be citizens of that State and no longer ‘refugees’?

How come people born 50, 60, 70 years later are classed as refugees from a country that never even existed back then?

Sadly these people have been used as pawns in the 77 year old war to delegitimise and try to destroy the world’s only Jewish State. They are also a very important part of a billion $ aid industry which only benefits their leaders and the corrupt ‘humanitarian’ organisations who are funded by it,

It’s quite easy to google. Give it a go.

Israel has obliterated Gaza and is withholding aid to the desperate people who remain. It is now bombing Palestinian refugee camps in the West Bank because its intention is to expand its occupation in alignment with its increasingly extreme ideological agenda. This process began way before Hamas existed and continues today with the military attacks in the West Bank and the increasing violence by settlers, endorsed by IDF and all hugely funded by the West.

The intent to systematically ethnically cleanse Palestinians has been openly declared by its government and formally recognised as a crime by the ICC.

The question is not are they really doing it, but how long can Israel be allowed to continue this trajectory with impunity?
