Surely Iranian strike targets in Israel are simply acts of state terrorism now and the international community should highlight this. It seems like Iran is lashing out in the hope of instilling fear into the Israeli population to try and break the Israeli people. It won't work.

Have you seen the images coming out from Gaza. The entire place has been flattened. Where is your outrage for that? Entire districts gone.

Israel has made all level of atrocity and depravity in war fair game. Sadly Israeli citizens will perhaps pay some price for changing the rules of the game.

Why do people keep bringing Gaza into a discussion about a conflict between two sovereign states? Can any attack by the Iranians be justified by but.....but.....Gaza.

You can decouple the two conflicts and actually have concern like Keir Starmer has about the proximity of Iran developing a nuclear weapon.
And any way October 7th was the start of this sorry mess.

@mids2019 you have been on these boards a while and seen the countless threads condemning the bombing of hospitals etc. Now you start a thread about an Israeli hospital being bombed and are shocked people are bringing it back to Gaza and using inflammatory statements like it began on October 7th. (Also extensively debated)

To all of you who respond ‘but Gaza’, Isreal is a sovereign state Gaza terribly sadly for its people is run by a terrorist organisation who hide behind the civilian population. Iran and its proxies publicly vow to wipe Isreal and her people from the face of the earth, Isreal has no such aim. Isreal is the only democracy in the Middle East and is tiny in comparison to all the aggressors who surround her. Isreal targets military targets. Hamas deliberately put their civilian population in the way and are responsible for the harm that comes to them. Iran has targeted hospitals for no other reason than to inflict suffering on the civilian population and has completely destroyed Isreal’s cancer research centre. These are acts of terrorism. If you support acts of terrorism you should be imprisoned.

it is strategically vital to take out airports for obvious reasons and they have been the first place targeted in many conflicts. Plus Universities are not just centres to teach undergraduates, that’s actually the very least of it. Universities research labs and minds are what they are trying to destroy. Destroying the intelligentsia of countries is a specific way of destroying knowledge and research and original thought. If you take out hospitals and care facilities again it’s going to upset people beyond measure as it does seem the ultimate act of savagery.

So in any conflict those are always targets, there are no genuine morales in conflict regardless of what The Geneva Convention lays out.

Maybe learn to spell Israel first?

Well Israel has been bombing gaza, Lebanon, Syria and Iran for months now all targeting Civilian instructures obviously gaza been the worst I think it's something like 70% of gaza is flattened 94% of hospitals bombed I can't bear to think about how many bodies are still under the rubble in gaza. But Israel has been bombing Iran for quite some time now, what Iran is doing is complete self defense against Israel. Israel has shown the world they are the terrorists and there will never be peace in the middle east as long as zoinest control Israel
