I posted previously how Palestinians have been complaining that armed gangs are stealing aid whilst the IDF are nearby and have done nothing but this has just been dismissed as Hamas propaganda. It turns out it isn't after all like so many other incidences.

Let’s not forget: he diverted funds to Hamas in the lead-up to October 7th, undermined Israel’s security agencies to serve his own political agenda, and was caught off guard when the attack happened. The responsibility lies as much with him as with Hamas and would happily let the hostages rot than support diplomatic ends to get them realeased.

Israel have said 10% of the aid has been looted since the start of the war. If we believe that is really the case then how much of that 10% is Hamas and how much of it has been stolen by Israeli backed looters?

I'm dumfounded at all of this. The West have emboldened them to do whatever they want with impunity. It simply has to stop. I can't understand why more is not being made of this apart from in the non-mainstream media fringe groups such as Double Down News, Owen Jones et al. All leaders need to put sanctions in place immediately and call this out for what it is. We need an absolute reckoning now. I fear that so much of their depraved acts will be in the end concreted over, if Trump and Netanyahu achieves their aim of their disgusting and illegal "Trump Gaza Riviera", so there will be no evidence. This is so depressing has he learnt nothing since funding Hamas, he's now doing the same thing all over again. Palestinians are just pawns in this game and yes agree its aim is to increase instability and vulnerability in Gaza by propping up violent gangs which lead to civil violent disputes and unrest.

So it has been confirmed that Netanyahu really has been supplying dangerous gangs in Gaza with guns to try and weaken Hamas. Imagine if it was the BBC or Guardian reporting on it, there would be an onslaught of posters crying Hamas propaganda.

Its worth reading what happened at the UNGC in Septembe2023 just a few weeks before the October 7th attack. Netanyahu declared in the assembly that he planned to remove Gaza and replace it with Israel. He had maps and everything with the word Israel instead of Gaza.

It was met with utter horror by other countries and German newspapers particularly had a big article on it.

I believe he was already preparing for this even before the attack and Hamas played right into his hands giving him an ‘excuse’ to achieve his ultimate aims.

I’m wondering now

• why he gave funds to Hamas ( as @sualipa posted up thread ) after declaring he intended the land for Israel and
• If Abu Shabab were involved in the October attack.

That sounds very inflammatory I know and I certainly don’t want to start some conspiracy theory but that doesn’t stop the questions now in my mind given his very conflicting actions.

They have a whole Israeli unit dedicated to carry out operations that could be attributed to "Arabs".

I think there should be an emergency government meeting or something about this. Could you imagine if it were white children being maimed, starved and murdered like this, our government would have something to say about this?

Keir Starmer, David Lammy and other UK government officials are complicit in this. Yes, they have recently announced that they find this intolerable and must be stopped, but until immediate meaningful action is taken it is just words. Extremely mind-blowing. It's how the occupation has been able to be "maintained". We are told stories of how the Palestinians are angry and violent for "no reason". Until you learn about the complexities around the situation and the deception around "how things are told" versus what really happened it's difficult to understand.

I'd be cautious about venturing into conspiracy theories here. While it's true that Shin Bet had intelligence suggesting Hamas was planning something, they appear to have been caught off guard by the scale and coordination of the October 7th attack. It was a national holiday, security was relatively relaxed, and even Hamas reportedly expressed surprise at how little resistance they initially encountered.

Israel has, at times, tolerated or even facilitated the rise of certain malign actors including indirectly benefiting Hamas to serve broader strategic goals, such as weakening the Palestinian Authority. But that's a far cry from suggesting they had foreknowledge of, or supported, the atrocities that occurred.

In situations like this, history usually points to failures of intelligence, complacency, or misjudgmen twhat you might call a "cock-up rather than a grand conspiracy.
