achhh ignore - feeling cos spent birthday evening at emergency vets, I sure know how to party.
cat had been poorly all week and plummeted yesterday. rushed him in, he has a tumour and its cats curtain time. I am waiting for the call from the vet now, am just ridiculously upset. ds is beside himself as he was out at skate night and not here for him. I can't ask the vet to keep poor cat alive until after school that would be too cruel.
The circle of life and death eh? we came home watched single married other which put the icing on the cake, ate cake and cried lots

Aw Mermaid lovely lovely lady, your poor cat, I know how heartbreaking that is, have had to do the same with my beloved childhood cat & 2 dogs & still reguarl;y dream of them years later ...What a horrid way to spend your birthday.. mermaid - I am so sorry about your cat, I had my cat put down a little while ago, he had been with me since he was a kitten. I was in pieces. I found it helped to put a picture of him up on the mantlepiece so I didn't feel like he was completely gone.

I've had a text from Monkey, things aren't sounding good. She's had the CVS test done and is now resting. She gets the results at the end of the week. She says she isn't holding out much hope as the scan didn'tlook good. Poor Monkey - lie just isn't fair is it!!

Barbie I'm pleased I managed to reassure you. Routines are just one way of doing things, they work for some and not others.

I can't stop thinking about Monkey its just rubbish isn't it.

barbie checking on Devon like that is not silly at all. I'm always waking up in the night to check on Saara. We sleep at the end/bottom of our bed so we can be closer to Saara as the cot is there And with routines, I know I said yesterday I thought we had it cracked, but Saara woke up again last night. I do get gasps from people in RL when I say I'm not trying for a 7am-7pm routine, but I'm trying to do a routine which fits our lifestyle, even if it isnt the "norm".

vjay is the snow settling? I'm taking Saara into work on the bus tomorrow and heavy rain is forecast here tomorrow. Thats going to be fun!

Yes Isabelle vomited on my PJs so I had to get dressed!!!!

The little madam also managed to poo out of the sides of her nappy and fill her tights all the way to her toes!!! Not very ladylike at all!!! That will teach me to attempt outfits involving tights on a 7 week old baby!!!!

Hello lovely ladies. I'll be brief, the scan went well, they have put me forward by nearly a week to 13 weeks today which means this lo is due the day after dd's birthday. I've not stopped thinking about Monkey all day, I feel so sad for what is going on so I'm not going to go on about my scan.

Monkey I'm hoping & praying so hard for a good outcome for you. I'm not moving away from medium pants because I want to stay with you to hold your hand & keep you company.
