So I am on CD20 of a 28 day cycle and I am going mad symptom spotting! I even did a PG test this morning an of course it was a BPN as way too early to test I know! Mad women alert and its only my first month of TTC #3 but my problem is DH has now changed his mond about TTC so I think this is my only shot

So I have swollen and sore breasts
A back ache (which I had with DS2 for the whole pregnancy)
I am feeling sickie
and I am having cramps

If I am not pregnant then my body is playing a really nasty trick on me!

Hello!

I am on CD20 too, and this is my 2nd month TTC!

I have no real symptoms yet, other than nausea (although the wine last night probably is at the root of that ) but I'm happy to wait with you!

PancakesForTeaFan · 12/02/2010 14:13

I'm only on CD17 but my boobs are a little tender and it doesn't normally happen this soon...or maybe I am OV later this month

Would love to hang around and await the real insanity!

Should we set a date when we will all test?

Jennyrosity · 12/02/2010 14:26

Me too, me too! CD16, 2nd month TTC. Last month I managed to convince myself I had all sorts of symptoms and was of course disappointed - this month I'm going to try not to get carried away...

Maclaren · 12/02/2010 14:27

So glad I am now alone!

good idea pancake I have 4 tests left so am now not going to test until Wednesday! then I am at my Mums until Saturday so wont test until I get back home as dont think its fair on DH if I test without him

I have had to take pain killer my boobs hurt so much!

cluckyduck · 12/02/2010 14:43

I was hoping to hold out til the 25th?! Madness....

cluckyduck · 12/02/2010 14:45

Jennyrosity - me too! Last month I was CONVINCED I had them all, and of course didnt. This month I'm trying to keep it together a bit more!

Nymphadora · 12/02/2010 15:26

I am on day 31 , cycle has been all over the place but maxiumum one was 36 days so I'm nearly there.

Not had major PMT strop yet but had some other pre period symptoms.

My only hope is that I feel sick. We haven't tried that hard this month and will have only just caught the SWI time as DH had OFSTED! There is always the hope though

cluckyduck · 13/02/2010 08:22

Ooh Nymphadora have you tested yet, or are you holding out til CD36?

PancakesForTeaFan · 13/02/2010 10:35

cluckyduck holding out until 25th is madness indeed but that is my goal too!! I don't have any tests in the house so really hoping i'll manage to wait this month

Would be CD30 by then so period would have showed up if i'm not pg this month, getting your period is marginally less depressing than a BFN I find.

PancakesForTeaFan · 13/02/2010 10:36

Anyone got any inertesting symptoms? Nothing here apart from achey boobs which are normal in the last part of my cycle

cluckyduck · 13/02/2010 10:45

25th it is then!

I have NOTHING, except a few boob twinges, back ache and filthy vivid dreams...

Nymphadora · 13/02/2010 11:20

Tested yesterday cos of this thread and got six positives we look like this cos there was very little sex this month as Dh had OFSTED when I thought I ovulated

it's not quite sunk in yet but I have been feeling increasingly sick over the last few days so when that starts I will be more convinced!

Jebel · 13/02/2010 11:25

So glad I'm not alone in the loony area! I'm on CD 26 of 26 day cycle. Trying to hold out from testing until tomorrow. Kept getting up in night to see if period had started. I have no symptoms which is odd as pregnancy symptoms sound just like my usual PMT.

MrsGubbins · 13/02/2010 12:06

I'm on CD20 after ovulating on CD11, cycle normally 28 days.... is it too early to test? was convinced I had a pinching type pain on Thurs and Friday and had a nanosecond of smugness aaahhh.. that's implantation pain but am now convinced it was naff all... am going loopy and may just get a kitten instead, attemp to breastfeed it and sell my story to Pick Me Up - would that BU?

MrsGubbins · 13/02/2010 12:08

[cannot be bothered to add a 't' to above post emoticion]

AnnieBeansMum · 13/02/2010 12:12

First month TTC dc#2 (although not really trying just stopped using condoms). CD22 (usual length is 33 days). I just know I am going to spend a small fortune on tests in the next 11 days as DH and I...ummm...tried on 4 of my 5 most fertile days. I didn't realise how badly I wanted a second baby until just the other day.

Oh please oh please let us be lucky....

cluckyduck · 13/02/2010 13:05

Nymph- congratulations!!!!! Hope you are currently On the sofa being spoilt rotten!

I had odd cramps over the last 2 days too- praying it's implantation but trying not to get my hopes up!

Nymphadora · 13/02/2010 19:28

Been out to watch football
fell asleep in the car though

Maclaren · 13/02/2010 20:40

Nymphadora congrates gives me hope

I have come down with a stinking cold so I am now not sure if my "symptoms" are due to that

I am not due to next Saturday so I am hoping the BFN doesnt mean no because have had a chat with DH and he wants to put of trying until next year if I havent fallen this month

Congratulations Nymphadora! BFP!! Yay!!

I'm not due until the 27th and it's driving me insane already. I am of two minds about falling pregnant now. DH and I are emigrating in June and it may not be the best time to get pregnant. The only reason we have stopped using condoms is because with DD1 (2yrs) it took us almost 3 years to get pregnant. We're both positive it won't happen quickly for us. On the other hand, I am so ready to add to our family (and have been for almost a year if I'm honest).

So confused!

decafgirl · 14/02/2010 08:42

Hey ladies, was just lurking when I saw nymphadora's news and had to post.

Am so, so, so pleased for you nymph I was on the October bus and know you went through a lot of stress to get this BFP.

Congratulations to you both xxxx

Jebel · 14/02/2010 10:46

Many congratulations Nymphadora!!

I was such an idiot this morning and am now driving myself nuts. Am day 27 of usual 25 or 26 day cycle.

Took a test at 6am, looked at it for a minute and then went back to bed with the test beside me. Early morning light v bad but could see control line only so assumed negative. I dozed off. When I got up at 7am, I went to throw the test away in the bathroom and noticed in the bright light that there was a faint line. Read the instructions which said a faint line could come if left for over half an hour even when negative. But it also says that if it appears within half an hour, the faintest of lines still indicate a positive. I don't know when it appeared. I had no pee left to give so couldn't test again.

I'm now at work (don't live in UK, Sunday is a workday) and was going to sneak home for half an hour to test again but have just remembered that my car is being serviced so am stuck wondering. Boo

lucielooo · 14/02/2010 11:45

Congratulations Nymphadora!
I also remember what a nightmare month you had last month from the October bus, so huge congratulations, and I hope everything was ok with Ofsted in the end.

Nymphadora · 14/02/2010 12:06

Thanks everyone and good luck jebel

MyThumbsHaveGoneWeird · 14/02/2010 12:46

Congrats Nymph!

I am on CD 24 of a 29 day cycle in the second month of TTC and symptom spotting like a crazy person. But then I was doing that even when we weren't trying and was so dissapointed every month so I am trying really really hard not to.

I usually get sore boobs from about a week before, but this month I have had sore nipples from about CD 17. Really sore sometimes so they keep me awake at night, and sort of tingly or itchy at other times.

I want this week to just GO so I can test!
