Me (for the second time only) again. Ive been really busy and AF arrived on Tuesday evening. Pretty fed up (although I suppose it was a long shot), so had a large glass of wine and most of a tub of icecream. It's hard to believe my boobs were that sore for nothing.
Congratulations to Hereshoping and Munz! And sympathy to Bella23 and Debs. Sorry, I have been trying to catch up on this thread all day.
So...CD3. Hmmph. Of course DH is here this week, when he doesn't need to be!
BTW I can't believe the amount of media coverage recently on "ageing mums." I don't need to be constantly reminded that my fertile days are behind me (35th birthday has been and gone)! Even on the World Service, some French quack was lecturing on how women in their thirties may take care of themselves and play tennis, but their eggs are no longer fresh...
ps eldestgirl is just because I am the eldest in my very large family.

Cadmum · 30/06/2005 12:34

I don't have time to read the tread... Please forgive me if I am being ignorant or neglecting someone.
My temp this morning is 37.14! Oh my...
I will be back shortly as DD and DS2 are at my ankles requesting break-fast; we have friends arriving for a play-date in 2 hours and my house is a complete tip because I could not stay awake last night to clean up...

munz · 30/06/2005 13:24

ooh ooh cad mum that's good test come on honney i'm really willing you and rom on this month. have u had your dip?

Cadmum · 30/06/2005 13:31

munz: I am not very regular at temping (thanks to DS2's random sleep activity) but I did manage to sleep soundly (another good sign?!) last night so I temped at 7:22 (8 minutes before the alarm usually rings). I am just grasping at straws here but well that is my job on the TTC roller-coaster.
Your experience sounds rather spooky indeed. Better you than me!
Hello bella, Wendy, Eldestgirl, Frizbe, Lunar, Nemo.

Looking forward to your post Romilly. I am very sorry about your cat. I am not certain how I missed your post. Only time will heal.

munz · 30/06/2005 16:33

mrs rom - do I need choccy out again? lol.

cad mum - fingers crossed, althou we'll have to wait till lunch time won't we after time differnces and all.

charleepeters · 30/06/2005 19:03

Evening ladies i hope you all ok! And have had a great day.

We sorted out dp's new job today so once weve found a flat/house to rent for a couple of months were going - its so scary yet exciting at the same moving your life to a whole new county! After weve rented for a couple of months were getting a mortgage and buyng our own place!!!!!!!!!

anyway can some one help me out with damn fertility friend please- i am CD17 and a couple of days ago it said i was ovulating then today i put in my data and now it says my pattern is incosistent so it cant tell if i have oved or when i have had EWCM for days now and i always do near the end fmy cycle - can anyone help??

OP posts:
romilly · 30/06/2005 19:52

charlee - i wish i could help you with the ff question, but fertility friend has to make its decisions from all the data that you put in, and sadly sometimes that can be inconclusive - it doesnt mean anything is wrong - its just that our bodies are all too capable of giving mixed signals. good luck with it hon. and dont worry about it too much.

cadmum - i am so glad we are testing buddies, but as everyone knows who has accompanied me on these threads i freak out totally at this time of the month i usually wimp out of testing (or do it stupidly early so then cant face it again that month!) anyhow, your temps sound great and i have high hopes for you. as for me, i am a nervous wreck and dont even want to talk about it - for fear of jinxing anything (i know i am crazy).

bella sweetheart - thankyou for positive vibes, please keep them up!

wendy, nemo, munz - thinking of you all and promise i'll be back when i can pull myself together. want to join you guys more than i can say!

debbsy - hope you are feeling better today honey.

hi also to frizbe!

romilly · 30/06/2005 20:01

wendy - thank you for reassuring words about those cramps they have stopped now.

Cadmum · 30/06/2005 20:10

Romilly: You are calling yourself a coward?!?! Have you noticed that I have only peed on two sticks since I started here 1 1/2 years ago?

romilly · 30/06/2005 20:49

LOL cadmum - we are a fine pair!

we will be keeping everyone in huge suspense while we make excuses to put it off

(no bullying from anyone, d'you hear?!) - that goes for you too munz

munzie - dont worry about temps now you have result - they do fluctuate, if you want i can use my VIP access to ask one of the guides if you should stop temping now you have result. let me know if you want me to do that tomorrow.

Harrizeb · 30/06/2005 21:34

Hello I'm back and I have Green and Blacks white choc if anyone wants to share....

MUNZ - massive congtratulations and lots and lots of sticky baby dust for you. it did make me smile Mr Munz being so pleased with himself. Typical MIL comment the txt me thinks .

Cadmum and Rom - Oops nearly said the 'L' word fingers crossed for your testing - if you decide to - cadmum glup about the temps making me a little nervous we have applied to emigrate to Toronto, where abouts are you, I can't remember sorry.

Debbsy - hun I'm so sorry you are feeling down sending you hugs {{{{hugs}}}}

Sorry I haven't been around much over the last couple of weeks - been a bit busy - we have decided to start a home based business so between that, a part time job, DS and a very part time DH - it's been frantic - and we haven't managed to BD once yet and now i am really about it.

Hi to Charleepeters great news about DP's job and the new county, moving's great fun - I'm currently on number 21 , Welcome back Bella it's great to see you again, hi worriedbev, MM,eldestgirl,Wendy keep your feet up and good luck for your scan,

Cadmum · 01/07/2005 03:03

ARGH! DH's flight was cancelled so he was stranded in New York and I was desperate to have him home for Canada Day and for the the big POAT.
I did manage to get him booked on a flight to Montreal so now we have a 21/2 hour drive between here and Montreal only now his flight had been delayed until 1:30 am.
So much for planning!

Cadmum · 01/07/2005 03:04

I caved-in and did a test as well (thought the stress of flight cancellations and delays was enough for one evening!)

Debbsy · 01/07/2005 08:17

cadmum ahhh what was the outcome of the test hun?? well me floods of tears again this morning all over dh, went to the loo frequently peeing still and wiped away a pink stain boobs very sore looks like af is coming bloody bloody hell, really thought this was going to be our mth with the holiday and everything bloody hell feel so down cant seem to get it under control today feel like hiding in my bed all day but cant got to go to work and smile and put on a proffesional face with my all pharmacists.LIFE IS JUST NOT BLOODY FAIR SOMETIMES.

Nemo1977 · 01/07/2005 08:59

Cadmum what was result????????????????
Rom am looking out for u hun

Bella23 · 01/07/2005 09:14

Cadmum - come on can't take the suspense!
Debbsy - honey, I know it is hard. When I feel like that and I see AF I allow myself to be upset for that day and then think ok.....onto a new cycle and try and put the last one behind me. Try to view AF as the sign of a new cycle rather than just an unsuccessful last one. I think persona helps as when AF arrives it tells you that its CD1.
Keep with us honey, it is hard and very infair but we've just go to keep going.
Rom and Cadmum - still keeping everything crossed for you both

munz · 01/07/2005 09:21

rom - yes would u mind asking for me?

rom/cad mum - good luck then for today - keeping everything crossed for you. (and i'll not pressure u - i'll stop ur choccy supplies instead! !) lol. seriously thou good luck girls really willing you on this month.

CP - new country thought it was only surry? (that's not a new country!) [confused!]

friz - no choccy no choccy - u serious? does that mena less tea as well?

did my final test today was again a + so i'm not really happy and believieng it 8 out of 8 all + so i'm hopeful this one's stuck.

munz · 01/07/2005 11:03
