Hi guys... I'm getting fairly close to the front of the bus. Feeling sad for Lia (I'm a year younger than you and may be in the same position this time next year. I know hugs aren't the done thing on this forum, but hugs anyway), so not really in the mood to jump up and down.

I can't really tell whether I have symptoms or not - I do feel a bit strange (tender boobs, can smell everything) but as I've only been off the pill for a couple of months, maybe that will be normal for this end of the cycle? Time will tell...

I am lurking and i am glad for every single one of the BFP's. I hope we all get a turn at some point.

It took me 9 yrs to conceive my first and I don't have that kind of time this time around. I know we aleady have 5 wonderful dc's but my heart tells me there is one more. Hopefully mother nature will gree at some time sooner rather than later.

To be honest I always get really down at start of period these last few cycles. I'll probably be back on the July bus once I get myself out of my black hole.

Just been to gp re blood pressure. He didn't say what it was but it was higher than normal as he has sent me for blood tests and they may be weekly for 12 weeks .he has now changed my meds but I have to go back to him as soon as I get a +ve test as well as seeing midwife.

Oh and he said that my pill should have been out of my system after a few days as it wears off easily , so one good thing anyway

nymph re the blood pressure. I get the opposite problem and have very low blood pressure which got prgressively lower the more pregnant I was, it was horrendous!

I'm seeing the gp tmrw morning. Not sure what I'm expecting her to say really...I think I may well be sent away with a pat on the head and told to come back after 18 months actively trying but at least I can have a good moan.

I used to have low bp , pass out etc when I was preg, the high bp only started 18m ago hence all the tests but it has got worse . This couldne just due to bad time at work

i have 1ww today. think af is due for next thurs or maybe next wednesday. got a filling at dentist next wed so gotta get that done before i find out as the dentist wont do work if im pregnant.

loobylou that is exactly what it feels like. Feeling a bit calmer now the rage seemed to have pass. It came out of nowhere.

Glad to hear your dentist won't do any work if you are pregant. I had an awful dentist when I was pregant with DS. He bullied me into having Xray (didn't even have one of these protective aprons) and other treatments and I spent 90 months wondering if DS would be fine

Well I'm hopping off of the June bus too AF finally reared her ugly head this morning after a abnormally long cycle of 39 days!!!! UCL 28 days with cramping 24/48 hours before, but this time nothing at all - all very strange, but then that's the female reproductive system for us, hey?!

need I get sudden black moods descend on me as PMT. I am starting to recognise it now and realise I must stay calm but it's bloody scary isn't it?

There is a whoole pack of nappies inside the cake btw. I roll up the nappies and that's what makes the shapes. Then I wrap blankets round, and decorate.

eveywoo77 I only use Clearblue, it's the only brand I trust. That said, a lot of MN's use First Response and that seems to give very early and reliable results too.

sayanything don't worry, I'm finding it hard to concentrate on MN, due to the infuriatingly addictive Monopoly City Streets through Google.

I think I'm now in the 2ww too. Period should be due on 9th October +/- 30 days!!!

I'm 75% sure that I'm pregnant:

problems sleeping;
enhanced smell;
blue veins on breasts;
have put on weight around the tummy;
feeling very protective of my tummy;
have nasal congestion/runny nose;
had a dream last night about eating an egg - apparently this symbolises fertility and new life.

I'm going to look very silly when I get my period.

Anyway, just in case I ovulate later than the average, DH and I are going to have sex again tonight. And just so you all know, I've not drunk any water in over 2 hours.

lia those cakes are gorgeous, I am a sucker for all things cute! Good luck with them. If I ever get off this damm bus I would love to receive one of those as a pressie!

Hi all, sorry I am being a bit rubbish and not joining in! I am still trying to get my head round the stats. Does whoever updates the list each day add a day on to everybody's CD figure? Sounds complicated! Anyway, I'm on CD 19, have no idea of my UCL as it's my first month off the pill so have had regular 28-day cycles for the last 10 years.

Must be down to 1ww now and no symptoms of either yet. When dp starts cooking a lot I know I have pmt, cos he is staying out of the way
