Hello, would anyone mind if I jumped aboard this bus? I'm currently on the May bus - but starting to feel like I'm the only one left and if I should get a BFP this month I would be due at the end of May - which is almost June

I'm really need some advice/thoughts from others please, as no one in RL knows we are TTC #2! and I'm driving myself mad at the mo!

I'm now on CD33 of what was usually a 28 day cycle. I tested on CD 30 and 32 and got BFNs . I felt convinced yesterday that it was going to be a BFP as I've been having some symptoms (or what I thought were symptoms!) CD29 kept feeling light headed, CD31 boobs felt tender and CD32 have had a sick 'taste' (sorry if TMI!) at the back of my throat all day, which nothing seems to shift

Has anyone else experienced anything similar and if so what was the outcome a BFP or an eventual show of AF?

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Welcome to the bus factsandfigures! I'm sure you're not the only one on May are you? Scary! Do you know when you ov'd at all? I normally count 14 days from ov and that's when I can expect a period. Your symptoms sound really promising though, I guess all you can do is keep testing until you get a bfp or just stop testing all together and see what happens. Probably testing every day won't help tho - what is it everyone says: "relax" HA! Let us know what happens please!

Afternoon everyone

Cant beleive im on day 13 already, although have only had 1 BD so far this month, not doing too well. DH is going to have to find some time soon for a proper session, instead of going to bed and sleeping.

Have started to notice the affects of taking daily aspirin, had a small glass of wine yesterday and felt very merry from it , hopefuly if DH does manage to fertalise me this month then it will embed nicely....

I'm pretty sure that I OV'd on CD17 and today is CD33 - so 16 days in total. The thing is I can't relate it to my 1st pregnancy with DC1 as I didn't test until I was 10 days late!! Perhaps that's the answer this time forget about testing for another week

Ah factsandfigures you sound like me with my dd, I didn't test for ages Thing is, I know what I'm doing this time round so I'm jumping on every little symptom! There's been other passengers on the bus who have had random long cycles, and I konw on May there was one who had a very shy bfp, so it's incredibly frustrating.

emmalou what dosage of aspirin are you taking? Am v tempted to try that next seeing as I never really get a proper heavy, red period. Maybe I'm not producing enough lining? Or am I clutching at straws

Oh im in a rush but just gotta post as you can NOT take Echinacea in early pregnancy it can be harmful to baby..It is brilliant stuff though. I worked in a pharmacy so i do know this as a fact, i believe it says on the bottle anyway that you cant. If you do suffer hollyoaks just fresh lemons and honey ! sound like an old gran dont i lol wwsw It ob works for you too brilliant isnt it?

thanks bubba! I've been living off it recently I take old lady remedies too - can't live without me rescue remedy lol. Yum to honey and lemon too, oh and inhaling steam. I'll stop the echinecea now until I get either bfp or red tide of doom. Thank yoooou!

Okay well in addition the the daily headaches, this morning I felt sick, until about 1pm. Oh and peeing more than usual, but then I have started drinking 1.5 litres of water (apparently it helps you ovulate). I know these are pregnancy symptoms, but I just can't believe for a second that I'm pregnant - though you all know how much I'd love to be. Still very jealous of sister-in-law and friend who are both pregnant.

DH and I are just laughing over a few jokes he's read in the childrens section (he asked me to clarify that part) of the local paper:

Ok, symptoms of pg I have:
nasty taste in mouth
mouth watering
peeing lots
nausea at thought of food, and after eating
snotty nose
dizzy spells

symptoms of red tide of doom I have:
cramps, constant dull ache across my stomach
bloating
mardy

So what do you think? I wouldn't be late til Saturday. I have plenty of cheapie sticks to pee on but surely it would be better to go straight in at a FR? lia you know I'm going to cave!
