hi can i join your thread ladies? i lost my 5th baby 5 weeks ago at 16 weeks, baby wasnt planned but we quickly got used to the idea and were very excited, i love children and love having a house full, then it wasall snatched away, the baby was due on aug 24th which ismy birthday so im dreading it thisyear, af arrived 1,5 weeksago and dh have disscussed it in great detail and realised that we couldnt not try again, i know you all prob think im barmy but this baby dying left an ache that wont go away, we cant replace it but we want to try again.have decided to see when next af comes to give me an idea of my cycle

Bella23 · 27/04/2005 22:00

Cadmum - fingers crossef for yout testing tomorrow am
Rom - you must be knackered from sorting out all these orders!

Bella23 · 27/04/2005 22:02

Spacecadet - so very for you! So Sorry {{{{HUGS}}}}}}}
I think we can all relate to that ache inside that just won't go away!
Am pleased that you have plucked up the courage to try again, I hope this thread is helpful for you and that your stay here is short!

hereshoping · 27/04/2005 23:06

spacecadet - thrillled to see yuo here, there are lots of refugeesfrom aug thread here
i know what you mean about the ache - ive spent a lot of time trying to convince myself 3 was enough but you plough on - 18 months and 2 mcs later for me
hope you get lucky soon

Cadmum · 28/04/2005 03:21

Thank you all so much for your encouragement! Romilly, Debbsy and Bella I hope that af is not in full swing tomorrow am or I will have been a 'test failure' again. No OPKs and no EPTs that must be some kind of insane record.
I am already plotting a visit with DH in two weeks time because I have a feeling that we have not been successful this month. This should not come as a shock since I have had no clear sign of OV for the last three months...

munz · 28/04/2005 08:11

rom - he wouldn't dear forget in my house! lol, I don't ask for much thou a home made card would be enought for me i'm not the bling bling sort of a gal.

right that's it, i'm never never drinking again! lol. we went out last night with some firends and er, well I was ok until the club and the blue wicked was there! that stuff is just toooo sweet! anyhow, yes I did do a test and it was a BFN, (8DPO) got all excited thinking there was a faint line until I turned it a bit in the light and realised it was a water mark on the plastic! won't be testing again now till sun/mon, AF is due on tuesday might as well just wait actually, althou i'm not hopeful anymore. also had a letter thru from the DR's and I have to go in for the lap/dye at around CD7 so I have to ring on tuesday and book up, althou I hear women get PG v quickly after having it done, also heard it hurts a lot, any ideaas?

Bella23 · 28/04/2005 09:25

Morning ladies.
Well have now recovered from my horrendous hangover yesterday! Munz - can soooo relate!
Well on CD21 so 7 days to count down. I usually get a pre AF show on about CD24 so only 4 days to wait really to know if we have been successful this month or not. Pretty sure we haven't done it this month but its not over until the fat lady sings so living in hope at the moment
Anyway - better get on with some work.....chat later xx

piffle · 28/04/2005 09:41

Still really struggling getting fertility friend up, as am on pos opk am going nuts, have lots of bding and temps to enter! Have not managed to access it for 3 days... very weird esp if no one else having problems.

Lottielou · 28/04/2005 11:15

Hi Ladies!

So how is everyone? haven't had chance to read all what i have missed ad have been off here for a couple of days, trying to limit my time. Yeah right, like that lasted! LOL. How could i stay away with this being such a lucky lucky thread.
I'm still waiting for AF to arrive, am getting very impatient now, having cramps and back ache so cant be far off, Surely?!?!
Love to all x

Worriedbev · 28/04/2005 11:24

Bella23

I am like you, on day 21 and about 8 days to go. Like you I usually get a pre af show around day 24 or 25. I just dont feel very confident this month. I did a hpt 7 days past ov but obviously negative, very early I know. I may get some of those early ones next time. Do you or anybody else know if implantation can take longer than the 7 to 10 days they say on fertility friend. I have no signs of implantation or anything but on day 10 past ov now, as ovulation took place on day 11 according to ff. I had a temperature rise up to 35.8 today from 35.5 so still above the line. Getting anxious now but just know it hasnt happened. Been trying for 13 months now - unprotected sex, but only using opks and temperature charting for 2 months, so dont know how long I can class as having been trying. We didnt bed that much prior to properly trying, only about twice a week at the most although that shouldnt have made much difference should it?
Bev

Bella23 · 28/04/2005 12:43

WorriedBev - looks like and I are in the same boat. So by Monday if we've had no early show we might be in for some hope!
13 months does sound like a long time however as you say not really doing the deed on best days etc.
I think we both need to keep really busy this weekend!

Rom - where are you hiding?

Worriedbev · 28/04/2005 14:25

Bella
Yes we will have to try and do nice things to forget about af coming. Cant wait for the bank holiday weekend can you? Hope the weather is good.
Keep me posted as to what is happening and vice versa.
love Bevx

wendy11 · 28/04/2005 14:42

Afternoon Ladies

Munz - I had a lap and dye a few years back. Tiny cut about an inch long just below my belly button - only one stitch required. Felt quite crampy afterwards for a few days and also had a bit of bleeding off and on for a few days. Oh and tummy was really bloated as well....I think they must have filled my tummy with air so they could see what they were doing. I had the op on a Thursday, took the Friday off and was back to work on the Monday. Getting the stitch out was the sorest part as it had grown in a bit. Although I didn't get pg after it, I was reasured that there was nothing wrong with my tubes or my ovaries.

Bella and Bev - hope af stays away for you. Are you not tempted to do a test Bella?

Rom - are you back in head office processing this months orders. I know you must be exhausted after you big orders of last month but please don't take any annual leave until we are all ordered up

Spacecadet - good to see you on this side

Piffle - I haven't been having any problems with Fertilty Friend. Is there any way you can contact them and make them aware of your difficulties accessing the site? It is so frustrating when you can't see that nice graph developing especially when you have some exciting data to enter like +ve OPK's and egg white CM

Bella23 · 28/04/2005 15:37

Wendy - am I tempted to test? OF COURSE!! but at only 7 DPO I think its just a waste of time!

romilly · 28/04/2005 17:20

bella - i'm not hiding! i'm just working really hard as usual but rest assured have not forgotten any of you!

cadmum - glad you are already plotting visit to d/h - cause sounds like a long time not to see each other . still hoping your jan. order comes in, mind you.

munz - sorry about bfn sweetheart but too too early so lets wait and see... not something we find easy i know.

wendy - are you kidding me!? no way am i taking any annual leave until all of us are sorted!

spacecadet - very sad to hear of your m/c, and hope we can be of as much help as possible now you are ready to move forward. glad to have you with us on this thread of all threads!!!!

i have not been having any trouble at all piffle with ff site, so sounds v. strange. hope you get it fixed, would drive me nuts not being able to play with my charts!

hi everybody we havent seen for a while, rachelrog, lottielou and diddle!

Hi all, just dropping in to see how everyone is.
Cadmum, have you tested yet????
Bella, only a couple more days til you can start testing. I'm sure I was somewhere between 9 and 11 DPO when the 1st line appeared. So keeping my fingers crossed for you this month
Got your e-mail Rom, just love being nosy!!! LOL at you looking like Dolly!!! Now, focus on your own order this month.
Wendy, you must be testing over the next week or so. Oh I hope that this is your month.
Munz & W Bev, good luck to you too with the testing.
Spacecadet, I'm so glad you have found your way to this thread. It is so supportive and is good to have people around who understand your need to get p/g again whilst being scared out of your wits in case it happens. I hope your stay is a short one.

To update on me; I'm a big, round, windy ball!!!Off to the docs tomorrow to twist their arms into giving me some early scans.
Hereshoping, I know what you mean about the ante-natal thread. Keep diving in and then run off terrified. Hoping the scan will reassure me a bit. Please come across soon though.

Not seen enough babydust floating round the thread in the last few days. All of you, stand under here....
