Anyone else got 1 week until AF is due???

Verykeen, i will be testing Friday morning FMU but am sure i'll sneek a few inbetween just to see. It doesnt help when i have a batch of Ebay tests, its just so tempting knowing im not wasting much money as the whole lot only cost £3.00 and i now have 20 of them!

Are they really any good? I know they worked last time with me but every pregnancy is diffrent- thats what i keep telling myself anyway!!

how long have you been trying?
I would be looking to test within a few days but sure AF is on her way. Am on clomid first month and convinvced the tablets havent figured out what they are meant to do !!! story of my life realy.

Hi moogatron, if Af stays light make sure you test as some people can have periods when pg. Goodluck !!!

Got splitting headache again think is the clomid god not sure can deal with this for the next 6 months. May do one month on one month off. Nah cant do that i'm to impatient.

more brown when wiped just now (sorry TMI!!) not due on til friday, had mild AF type pains bout 6 days ago (unusual to get them that early) last 2 cycles have been 29 days making me due on fri. dunno what to think

Seems odd if Af not due til fri. Have you tested? could still be bedding in bleed. fingers crossed for you.
When sis you Ov did you do OPKs or do you feel it ? if you so may give an idea of when AF def due. My Af is normally 17 days after OV. Some people only have 14 days after OV when they have Af. Does that make sense?

I ov day 16 i think and would be due tomorrow, def on her way can feel it. Buggger Bugger Bugger, realy tried so hard this month even had legs in the air (sorry TMI) but i did was so hoping would help. Obviously not.

didnt do opks but had pain in my lower right side around 1st/2nd oct which i put down as ovulation pains, we were BD-ing all around then!

have just ordered some ultra early test from ebay, should be here tomorrow so i think if no AF i'll test wed morning.

If it was round then you could possibly having AF as nearly 14 dpo but would seem alittle early. When was last Af? Ov should be around CD 14 or if 29 day cycle should be cd15 then 14dpo you should come on which would put your Af around 14-15 oct so where did you get 17th from ?
Perhaps as this is only 2nd month??? did i get that right your just not familar with body yet. (not being condensending promise) but some people just dont know.
If you need to know anything just ask believe me after 4 and half years i pretty much know everything !!!

last AF was 19th sept, one before that 22nd aug, one before that 25th july, so thought cycle was 28/29 days?? i'm not too good on this subject really, only 3rd cycle ttc for us. please correct me where i'm going wrong!!

You're right you have had a 28 day cycle for 3 months so unusual to bleed this early. perhaps it is implantation bleeding. If you had AF on 19th sept then you would have Ov on the 01-02 and would be due on the 17th. If it is implantation bleed thenif you do a test now it probably wouldnt be positive as would take a few days for the HCG to show up. Give it til fri and then do one thats way you will know thats its an accurate result.

How wierd is this me and one of my closest friends both had a dream sat night that i had a baby. Well she dreamt i was PG and i dreamt had a little boy called Alex whixh is not a name have ever thought of. Watch this space may come true hopefully in the near future.

CLAREY - I am exactly the same as you!! Last AF started on the 19th Sept and I am due on on Friday (17th) too... My cycles are 29 days also. No real symptoms as such but I have had period type pain and cramping really bad today (and on and off since ovulation which was the 6th), so think that AF will just be early.. But that would be so rare for me! Hey ho, we can do nothing but wait! I am 29 (30 next March) and Hubby and I are in our 2nd month of trying..

Its so frustrating waiting to see!! had some more brown discharge this morn, no AF pains though, had them this time last week whichis quite early.

If my ebay tests arrive today I'm gonna test when I get home from work!!

I have no discharge as all and no AF pains today - God knows what's going on... Just sense that AF will be here soon.. BOO HOO!

Sorry if I sound like an idiot, but I don't want to get really disheartened and also waste money on a pg test but... I thought AF arrived on sunday CD29- normal for me, but was as I said on a previous posting light pink/red (sorry if TMI) followed by light brown the next day and today apricot (I know I sound like a dulux colour chart), but getting less and less. This is not normal AF for me, I normally start brown, do horrible deepest brown almost black then last few days light flow but red.

I have a stabbing pain behind my left boob that won't go away and the afternoon before what I think was my AF, I got quite a sharp stitch like pain about 2 inches left and down from my belly button that lasted for 2 hours and was worse when I out pressure on it- again not normal for me. But my tummy is fine now.

Also- this was quite funny, I was at lunch yesterday and we don't get dessert at lunch but you can buy chocolate from the bar. 2 women about 6 foot away from me were eating 2 dairy milk caramels. I did not see them and started complaining of the overwhelming sugary/chocolatey smell. The guy next to me asked instantly are you pregnant?! and noone else, not even the 2 eating the chocolate could really smell it. I looked surprised and one of the women eating the chocolate then asked me in a reallly loud voice across the room- ARE you pregnant then? I went all red because I'm obviously TTC, but have not told a soul apart from a few thousand strangers on MN and my DH and she got the wrong end of the stick. To deflect her nosiness I started saying that I'd expect 3 wise men and the odd shepard to wander in if I was.

Its all making me wonder. But I think I should wait out, because I'm convinced that as soon as I buy a test, I'll go to the loo and bam! AF arrived with a vengance!!

Am I being silly and too hyper aware?!

I really hope this is a lucky thread this month! After next week my DH goes away for 8 weeks on a training course and wont be home from Mon - Friday so out BDing will not be great! Im keeping my fingers, toes and everying else crossed!

i just dunno what to think with me. having occasional slight AF type pains, occasional brown discharge, so confusing. i darent hope i'm pg cos AF prob on the way

will test tonight if tests have arrived, if neg at least i can prepare for AF and on the (small) brightside, i'll be able to have a drink when we go to barcelona on saturday!!

oh alright!! will have to wait until tomorrow morning and buy a test on the way home tonight. My DH thinks my body must be playing tricks on me because I had a drawn out start to AF last month- but not like this. Main difference, I've got a handle on my cycle now and have had absolutely no PMT symptoms. ARGHHH

Sorry to hear the witch got you RAY81, i know its been a long time for you and its easier said then done but try to stay positive. Im a firm believer that things happen for a reason and im sure your wish will come true for you.

I tested this morning with FMU and got a BFN, im have now told myself that AF will arrive on Friday so am prepared for the dissopointment! Its so frustrating this TTC marlarky, i sometimes wish that it will catch me my suprise just like it did with my DS.

Its all gone more AF like. Whats really annoying is that my AF seems to have changed since I've been TTC which has thrown me somewhat. So, as everything was more red and more of it- I think testing is unnecessary. What doesn't help I suppose is my DH working away during the week!
